Endomethasone N powder

Endomethasone N powder – a permanent filling material for root canals. ENDOMETHASONE contains corticoids, which significantly reduce the number and intensity of painful periapical reactions. ENDOMETHASONE has the properties described above due to its excipients and antiseptic ingredients (low dose paraformaldehyde and thymol iodide). Antiseptics and corticoids are soluble only during the hardening of the paste, so they are therapeutically active only for a limited period of time. If, by accident, eg when applied periapically, a small amount of paste enters the soft tissues, eigenol migrates into the well-blooded tissues until the paste is completely hardened. In this case, contrary to what happens in the root canal, the paste will be slowly resorbed.
