Return Policy

Regardless of the situation, we adhere to the principle that the customer is always right. Therefore, we accept the goods within 14 days after the order is shipped and we will refund you.

1. The buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase-sale contract of goods concluded in the Purmed.lv store, by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods.
2. Return form The Buyer sends the cancellation form to the e-mail: info@purmed.lv or by post SIA  Purmed.lv, Rīga, Brīvības  iela 167, LV-1012.
3. If you use the right of refusal, the online store Purmed.lv.lv is obliged to refund you all the payments you have made (except for delivery costs) as early as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the day when you have sent a written refusal. Purmed.lv .lv online store refunds money only to the bank account specified in the return form.
